What is the difference between your coaching services and your consulting services?

Coaching focuses on guiding individuals to discover solutions and develop skills through encouragement, accountability, and personal growth. It’s about empowering clients to reach their potential.

Consulting involves providing expert advice, actionable strategies, and solutions based on the consultant’s knowledge and experience. It’s more directive and results-oriented, offering specific recommendations to solve challenges.

Coaching helps you unlock your potential, while consulting gives you a roadmap to achieve specific goals. Both can complement each other depending on your needs.

Do you only work with Christians?

While our services are rooted in Christian values, we also warmly welcome non-Christians. However, we remain committed to our foundation and do not incorporate other religious perspectives into our coaching, services, or programs. Our offerings when booking us are either leadership-focused from a Christian perspective or general leadership development, ensuring that we stay authentic, and aligned with our mission.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Our products can be shipped internationally to all of our customers.

How does your company help young adults develop leadership skills and business knowledge?

Our company equips young adults (generally 18-25) with the mindset and skills needed to excel as leaders and entrepreneurs. Through hands-on workshops, mentorship programs, and tailored coaching, we focus on critical areas such as decision-making, communication, and goal-setting. We also teach practical business knowledge, like financial literacy, branding, and creating sustainable strategies.

By addressing both mindset and skills, we empower young leaders to overcome challenges, harness their potential, and build a strong foundation for their future success.

We tackle topics many shy away from, equipping women to lead boldly in faith and business without compromising their values or femininity. And unlike many others, we reject toxic independence. Instead, we emphasize healthy leadership and the importance of Christ-like character.

Additionally, we put a high priority on developing the mindset of a leader. This is especially important for our young adults division. We bridge the gap between income ideas and the discipline needed to sustain the income. Our approach fosters growth, purpose, and alignment with God's calling.

What makes your business faith-based, and how do you incorporate Christian values into your services?

Our company is faith-based because everything we do is rooted in Christian principles and led by the Holy Spirit. We don’t just throw the word ‘faith’ around—we live it. Our coaching and mentorship are designed to align with God’s Word, helping people step into their purpose as leaders and entrepreneurs without compromising their beliefs. Whether it’s through using biblical wisdom in strategies or encouraging a mindset shift grounded in God’s truth, we prioritize glorifying Him in everything we offer.

Do you offer hands-on workshops, and how can I join one?

Yes, we offer in-person, hands-on workshops. You can participate in workshops in two ways: One, by registering when we host our next one. Two, by heading to our workshops page and booking us!

How can your coaching help young adults pursue entrepreneurship?

Our coaching is unique because we can relate to the average young adult's perspectives. Chante' Whisonant, our founder, became a published author at 13 years old, founded Chante' Whisonant Inc. at 17, and became the vice president of a non-profit organization at 18. Still in her 20s and a part of "Gen Z", Chante' has designed her programs to meet young adults where they are and help them grow.

Can someone without prior business experience benefit from your services?

Absolutely! Most of our clients are those who have little to no knowledge about business or leadership. Some may have established roles, but need guidance in order to see more movement.
